In 2018 The Times declared Sheffield the Northern Capital of Cool. In 2022 The Observer Food Monthly awards gave 5/6 Runners Up spots across the Food and Drink categories to Sheffield establishments. So are we now the Northern Capital of Food too?
South Yorkshire will host stage three of the men’s race which attracts top international cyclists, including Olympic and Tour de France champions. The stage will begin in Sheffield, the first time the race has visited the city in 20 years and will then head through Rotherham and Doncaster before finishing in Barnsley.
