Want to promote your event here on the Welcome to Sheffield website?

Our event listings receive thousands of visits each month, helping residents and visitors discover what's happening across the city. If you'd like your event to be considered for inclusion, please complete the form below.

Subject to approval, the information you provide will be published on our website, so please ensure all details are accurate and suitable for a public audience. Please note, we can only list events taking place in Sheffield, and ask that you submit one event per form.

Please write all text in the third person and do not use all-caps. Failure to do so could lead to your event not being listed.

Form not submitting?

Before trying again, please check the following:

  • Phone numbers do not contain any spaces.
  • You've ticked the Terms & Conditions box.
  • All required fields marked with an asterisk (*) have been completed.
  • Any website addresses are entered in full, including https://.
  • If you don't have a website address for a particular field, leave it blank.
  • You've uploaded at least one image in JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg) or PNG (.png) format, with a file size of 3MB or less.

Please enter the start time for your event, using the 24 hour clock.
Please enter the finishing time for your event, using the 24 hour clock.
Please provide a short and snappy description of your event.
Please provide full details of the event.
Please include details of pricing (if applicable).
Please add a link to online booking (if available)
Please upload high-quality JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg) or PNG (.png) images that you have the rights to use. Only JPEG and PNG files are accepted, and uploading other file types may prevent your submission from being processed. You can upload multiple images. For best results, images should ideally be 1500 x 1125 pixels and no larger than 3MB per file.
You must either own the rights to any images or have permission from the original photographer to submit them to us, and therefore supply the appropriate credit or photography release form.


Terms & Conditions for Event listings

To have your event listed on the Welcome to Sheffield website you must agree to the following terms:

  1. It is the responsibility of the submitter to provide accurate information.
  2. It is the responsibility of the submitter to ONLY provide images and artwork for which you own the rights or have the permission to use.
  3. Welcome to Sheffield reserves the right to refuse entry of any event onto the events calendar.
  4. Welcome to Sheffield will play no part in the organising or managing of your event.
  5. Welcome to Sheffield will not commit to be present on the day.
  6. If an image is submitted without appropriate credit having been given then by giving permission for SCC to use that image to promote the event you agree to indemnify SCC for any and all losses arising out of any claim for breach of copyright law.
