Come and explore how Sheffield can become a leader in inclusive employment for neurodiverse individuals at this enlightening panel discussion at the Festival of Social Enterprise 2025.

With many neurodiverse people facing systemic barriers to paid work, this session focuses on breaking these challenges and celebrating the unique strengths and talents of this community.

Led by the Percy Street Collective, the discussion will cover:

• Overcoming systemic challenges in education, workplace inclusivity, and societal attitudes.
• Harnessing the strengths of neurodiverse individuals to address skills gaps and drive innovation.
• Transforming Sheffield and South Yorkshire into hubs of equal employment opportunity.
