50 Mile Ride For those that want a challenging ride through Ringinglow, Hathersage, Abney, Tideswell, Peak Forest to Edale, Hope & Burbage, avoiding main roads where possible.The Edale lunch stop and marshalling point will be at Ruskin Villa, a mile outside the village on the right, as you’ll see in your ride guide. Set off between 8am and 9am.
20 Mile Ride For those who want a shorter but still hilly and picturesque bike ride through Burbage, Hathersage, and back under Stanage. Set off between 8am and 10am.
5 Mile Ride or Walk Follows a leisurely, safe route for less regular riders and families, following the Porter Brook through Endcliffe Park and up to Forge Dam. There is even a pop up cafe on route to spur everybody on! Set off 10.30am
Registration Rates for the Bike Ride: individuals £20, concessions and students £7, children free
Sponsorship: Sheffield Esteli Society don’t ask for sponsorship but donations over and above the registration fee are welcome. Experience has shown that children often get more involved if they are collecting sponsorship!
There will be a pop up café at the registration desk from 10.30 until 3.30 with delicious tea, coffee and cakes, so if you can’t walk or ride come with a friend & have a cuppa in the sunshine, and find out about our twin cities!
