PANIC AT THE COSTCO 4.3% (exclusive cask edition)

New England style session IPA that's a juicy, tropical delight, bursting with the vibrant notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and a touch of stone fruit, (thank you Nectaron hops!) with a zesty, citrusy punch from the stunning new Spectrum liquid Citra hops, adding a fresh twist that dances on your palate. Expect a soft, hazy appearance and a smooth, creamy pillowy mouthfeel that lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. This was one of our favourite beers on keg but this time we have the very last CASK!

DYSFUNCTIONAL ADULTING 4.5% (cask)

Our latest hazy session IPA has been given the full on Cryo treatment and has been loaded up with HBC630 hops and a stunning amount of Cryo Citra. It greets you with a burst of citrus and tropical fruit on the nose with aromas of zesty lime and juicy mango. The palate is then treated to light and smooth layers of ripe passion fruit and punchy grapefruit, all rounded off with a beautiful creamy mouthfeel. Finish is clean with a touch of refreshing bitterness.

DARK SARCASM 5.1% (cask)

Taking all its cues from a spectacularly retro cake, our latest over indulgent dark recipe is a Black Forest gateau porter. Created using nine different premium malts with the added indulgence of 120kg of organic black cherries, we've created the perfect homage to everyone's favourite 70's dessert. Pouring a deep dark reddy brown with a fluffy toffee coloured head, expect to be greeted by sweet chocolate and fruit aroma's, soon followed with the luxurious first sip of rich and creamy deep flavours of cocoa and hints of roasted coffee, which are soon met with a tang of real black cherries enveloped in a creamy roasted cakey richness.

SUPERFREAK! 4.8% (cask)

Juicy, creamy peachy/papaya masterpiece session NEIPA; meet Superfreak! We've turned to modern liquid hop technology and have used Spectrum Azacca and an over zealous amount of Nectaron hops to create this sessionable creamy delight. Sweet tangerine and pineapple aroma's are met with lashings of over ripe peach and crushed papaya to the palate. Hints of grassy undertones and a super low bitterness to the finish.

POSITIVELY PINK 5% (keg)

The first class hop combination Nelson/Galaxy & Kohatu has had the added indulgence of 200 kg of strawberries plus 20kg of hibiscus flowers added to the fermenters. We're so excited with the results!! Visually hazy pink, beautiful fresh fruit/strawberry aroma's greet the nose, while hints of juicy tropical fruit salad are well balanced with soft strawberry mouthfuls plus hints of perfect cranberry tartness from the hibiscus. Way too easy to drink for a 5% and without question our biggest recipe yet...

HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY 5.9% (keg)

Full-on hop porn NEIPA taking 'hop forward' to another level. A happy burst of tropical aroma greets you with waves of juicy mango, papaya, and bright citrus from the crazy hop bill of liquid spectrum Citra, premium Galaxy, and El Dorado Lupomax cryo! The palate is treated to a joyful dank creamy medley of juicy passion fruit, ripe peach, and a touch of orange sherbet, served up perfectly with a velvety mouth-feel, buckets of juice and perfectly balanced with a gentle soft bitterness. The finish lingers with a smooth, resinous kiss of pine and a vibrant citrus zing. A true celebration of hop-forward bliss!

BEYOND BEAUTIFUL THINGS 6.6% (keg)

We've taken our best selling NEIPA recipe and have super charged the hell out of it with this special cryo hopped edition! Bigger hop content, bigger ABV but all the same big soft juicy creamy new England IPA flavours. El Dorado & Cryo Mosaic hops deliver tangerine, zesty lemon, and tropical hits on the nose with lashings of ripe mango, deep dank tropical mash up & juicy pink grapefruit to the palate. Far too easy to drink for a 6.6% with a perfect soft creamy mouthfeel with slight bubblegum back-notes.
