Start with 50 minutes of Yin Yoga — a slow, grounding practice to stretch, release tension, and create space in both body and mind.
Using blankets, blocks, and yoga belts, we’ll fully relax and let go. Then, we’ll settle into a 40-minute tea meditation, sipping on Silver Tip White Tea — the most delicate of all loose-leaf teas, handpicked in the remote mountains of Fujian.
Harvested just five days a year, this simple yet precious tea is the perfect way to welcome new possibilities in 2025.
During the tea meditation, you’ll observe each step of the tea ritual. You’ll be invited to take part in moments like mindfully smelling the dry and wet tea leaves and tasting the tea sip by sip.
Throughout, we’ll focus on doing one thing at a time. Simply notice the colours, aromas, and sensations around you, without judgement or comparison.
