Ecstatic dance is a moving meditation that has been taking the world by storm Together we journey for ~2 hours to the most epic music from all genres, cultures and energies. We create a container for total freedom in expression, to move with whatever is present and to liberate our self from whatever is holding us back. Ecstatic dance is transformative, fun, playful, deep... it releases endorphins, keeps us fit and strong, releases emotions, empowers us, challenges us, connects us to community, our self, a "higher power" or source energy... it really can be one of the most magical and elevating experiences life has to offer!
