The Woodland Discovery Centre houses two inspirational spaces, nestled within the 142 acres of ancient woodland of Ecclesall Woods. They offer the perfect retreat for meetings, away days, training and workshops, where the only distractions are the sounds of the birdsong and views of the trees. Sycamore Suite is an airy sycamore clad meeting room with private patio and a cracking view of the woods.Hectors House is a charming timber framed building kept warm by a log burning stove. Beyond the rooms, there’s the woods to play with, the perfect break out space to inspire creative thinking. Seasonal trails are available to help you explore. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, or an external caterer. Urn, mugs and glassware can be provided. An unlimited drinks package is available from the Woodland Stop Café and they offer breakfast, buffet lunch or cake. Craft workshops are available to book as part of away days.

There are various buses serving the many different entrances to the Woods. 218, 97, 98 and 798 are closest for the Discovery Centre.
