The world's biggest podcast festival is back! Crossed Wires will once again be assembling the nation's top names in Sheffield, for one big weekend of special podcast events, Thursday 2 July - Sunday 5 July.

Seven Hills Beer Festival 2026

Sheffield's 7 Hills Beer Festival returns for 2026 and will once again be showcasing a wide selection of the best cask beers available from local and regional craft brewers, 28 - 30 August.

Abbeydale Road Beer Festival returns for its 5th year, 30 July - 2 August, for 4 days of tap takeovers and beery heaven across 12 bars.

Steel City Beer and Cider Festival 2026

Sheffield's original beer festival, celebrating its 50th year! Steel City Beer and Cider Festival is back at Kelham Island Museum 21 -24 October, with another massive selection of the best beer, cider and perry, plus live music and street food.

Walkley Festival 26

Walkley's biggest event of the year. A free community event with live music, makers market, street food, Little Mesters Bar, children's zone and inflatables and much more all held in an amazing green space at Ruskin Park.

Sheffield street art named 2nd best in the World for 2024

The vibrant mural painted by artist Peachzz overlooks Pound's Park in Sheffield City Centre and was unveiled back in June last year to much praise by Sheffielders. It has now been ranked as 2nd Best in the World by online street art community, Street Art Cities.

The stunning mural, which adorns the side of the Cubo building, overlooking Pound's Park in Sheffield City Centre, was unveiled last month and has been praised by Sheffielders and will now be entered into Street Art Cities' Best Global Street Art of Year, for 2024.

Festival of the Outdoors

Kicking off the outdoor season with a bang! Each March, Festival of the Outdoors offers a full month of events and activities celebrating Sheffield's great outdoors and communities. With a really wide variety of events there's something for everyone!

Sheffield Walking Festival

Taking place over ten days each September, the festival celebrates all sides of Sheffield with a whole host of enjoyable walks of varying lengths, with plenty to see and discover along the way. This year the festival will take place 6 - 15 September 2024.
