As a proper bike shop with on-site workshop they add lots of little extras that most retailers don’t. They tape wheels for tubeless use where appropriate, tap/face and ream frames before dispatch and any complete bikes are properly unpacked and checked before dispatch rather than sent out as supplied from the distributor.
