"Thank you for choosing to dine with us, here at Delhi In Minutes. My name is Sweety. My husband’s name is Roop. He is our head chef. From day one, it was our dream to open our very own restaurant, to serve our guests with lovely, homemade & authentic, yet very trendy, food. Every dish on this menu is handpicked by us reflecting our respect, care and love to Indian cuisine. My husband is born and brought up in Uttarakhand, (the Himalayan region of North India), a place well known for some of the best spices, herbs and finest ingredients of Indian cuisine."
