Sheffield Nablus Live-link Concert 2026

Joining live with friends in Palestine to share music and solidarity

Prompt start 5.30-7 pm, the live link: A mass choir sings Sheffield’s musical solidarity to Nablus in English and Arabic. Full audience participation, with flag waving! Women solidarity singers Tadhamon and two young musicians complete the Sheffield lineup. A band of young SEEDS members in Nablus play their debut public performance with fiery verse from popular poet Saed Abu Hijleh. 

7 – 8 pm: great vegetarian food followed by a lively auction of original art work and craft.

8-11 pm: JuJu Club rounds off the concert with two amazing Sheffield bands supported by global music based DJs. Tavira an 8-piece band will kick off, followed by Kiziah and the Kings with a high energy brass-fuelled mix of ska, reggae, funk, soul and rock that's both ferociously contemporary and deeply rooted.
