Pit Roast - Comedy Roast Battle

Pit Fight is Sheffield’s brand-new live roast battle league, launching on Friday 13th November.

Eight comedians will compete across three qualifying events, earning points with every victory before the strongest battlers progress to the championship night.

Each event features four official league battles and a one-off guest battle. Every contest takes place over three rounds, with two comedians going head-to-head using specially written material to roast their opponent. The judges and audience members then decide who delivered the biggest laughs and deserves the win.

Results will be added to the Pit Fight league table, meaning every battle matters and audiences can follow the rivalries, rankings and road to the championship throughout the season.

Expect sharp jokes, quick comebacks, bruised egos and plenty of audience involvement. The material may be brutal, but the battles are consensual, the comedians know what they have signed up for and it all ends in good spirit.

Please be aware that the show will contain strong language and adult themes.
