An Evening of Wine and Chocolate at The Gin Bar

Visit The Gin Bar on Wednesday, September 16th, for an evening of Bullion Chocolate Factory’s award-winning bars paired with small-producer wines from across the world.

This event, part of the Nether Edge Festival, celebrates Sheffield’s craft-chocolate maker, Bullion, alongside local gin producers, Locksley Distillery, the host, The Gin Bar, and with wines from local wine purveyors, Starmore Boss.

The event will kick off with a stunning gin-based welcome cocktail paired with one of Bullion’s enriched chocolate bar flavours, followed by an informative journey across the wine-producing world as you taste your way through 3 small-producer wines and 3 bean-to-bar chocolates.

Attendees will learn about Bullion Chocolate Factory, bean-to-bar chocolate, how to pair wine with chocolate, and nuances about why some wines work so well paired with chocolate.

This event lasts about a little over an hour and is suitable for vegetarians.
