2025 events
Sheffield Heritage Fair 2025
A celebration of Sheffield’s rich history, as key heritage groups from around the city showcase their work in a weekend-long fair at the Millennium Gallery, 25 - 26 January.
Strictly Come Dancing Live 2025
Hold on to your sequins, shine up those dance shoes, and prepare for a show of pure glitz, glamour, and jaw-dropping excitement as the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour returns to Sheffield Arena on Tuesday 21 January.
Sheffield Powerlifting Championships 2025
The Sheffield Powerlifting Championships returns on Sunday 26 January, as 24 of world’s strongest powerlifters assemble in the United Kingdom to battle it out for the title of champion of champions.
Britain's Strongest Man 2025
The City of Steel welcomes the Return of the Iron Men! Britain’s Strongest Man will be back in Sheffield for a eighth consecutive year at Utilita Arena Sheffield on Saturday 1 February 2025
Neepsend Craft Beer Festival
Sheffield’s freshest beer festival is landing at the Peddler Warehouse in 2025 as the team behind Sheffield's award-winning Peddler Market present Neepsend Craft Beer Festival, taking place Friday 28 February & Saturday 1 March.
Indie Beer Feast 2025
Kicking off Sheffield Beer Week in style…the Indie Beer Feast is a two-day independent craft beer festival, taking place at Trafalgar Warehouse in Sheffield City Centre, 7 - 8 March.
Sheffield Beer Week 2025
Sheffield Beer Week is an annual citywide celebration spread across multiple venues throughout the city. For 2025, a whole load of beery events will be taking place once again, 10 - 16 March.
Sheffield Half Marathon 2025
Taking place on Sunday 23 March, Sheffield Half Marathon is one the best attended in the country and most scenic too! Each year, the event attracts thousands of runners of all abilities to the city’s streets, raising many thousands of pounds for great causes.
Cazoo World Snooker Championship 2025
Professional snooker's most prestigious tournament and one of Sheffield’s biggest sporting events, the World Championship returns with 32 of snooker’s best players competing in a knockout style tournament, 19 April - 5 May.
World Seniors Snooker Championship 2025
The World Seniors Snooker Championship returns in 2025 with many of the legends of yesteryear once again competing at the Crucible, 7-11 May.
Get Together 2025
Now into its fifth year, Get Together has earnt a reputation as one of the best festivals for original and independent music, art, food and drink. For 2025, the festival returns to Kelham Island and Neepsend for another massive music takeover on Saturday 17 May.
Sheffield Chamber Music Festival 2025
Join Music in the Round & Ensemble 360 for this year's festival Friday 16 – Saturday 24 May, as they welcome some of the world's finest musicians and stellar guest artists.
Premier League Darts 2025
Premier League Darts returns to Sheffield on Thursday 22 May 2025, as the Utilita Arena plays host to the final night of league phase action next May.
Sheffield Food Festival 2025
One of the city's largest free to attend events for all the family, the festival is a bustling exhibition of Sheffield’s flourishing food & drink scene, with 90% of the traders taking part, based locally. This year's food festival takes place 24 - 26 May.
Sheffield DocFest 2025
The UK’s leading documentary festival and one of the world’s most influential markets for documentary projects, Sheffield Docfest returns Wednesday 18 June - Monday 23 June 2025.
Sheffield Sausage and Cider Festival
The Sausage and Cider Festival will be returning to Sheffield for a huge outdoor festival hosted in Don Valley Bowl on Saturday 7 June, bringing together great food, refreshing drinks, and live entertainment.
Kelham Pride
Set to be be bigger and better, once again this inclusive street party returns on Saturday 21 June and will be centred around multiple Kelham venues offering a broad range of entertainment from live musicians, DJs, drag queens, comedians and guest speakers.
Tramlines 2025
Sheffield’s biggest party! Tramlines returns to Hillsborough Park 25 - 27 July for their 17th edition.
Bassfest 2025
Bringing some of the biggest names in bass for another weekend of high-octane partying, Bassfest returns to Sheffield's Don Valley Bowl 19 - 20 July.
Rock N Roll Circus 2025
Expect the unexpected as the Rock N Roll Circus return's to Sheffield's Don Valley Bowl in Summer 2025, taking place over the weekend of 28 - 31 August.
Art in the Gardens
Taking place Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 September 2025 in Sheffield's stunning Botanical Gardens, Art in the Gardens is one of the largest outdoor art markets in the North of England, with artists, craft makers and visitors coming from across the UK.
Float Along Festival 2025
Back for their third year, Float Along festival makes a welcome return to Sheffield on Saturday 28 September, with another encompassing mix of post-punk and psychedelic rock, as well as the best in indie and alternative music.
Sheffield 10K 2025
Sheffield 10K is set to take place on Sunday 28 September, with thousands of runners of all abilities taking part.
Sensoria 2025
A celebration of a city and its music, film, art and electronica, Sensoria festival's 18th edition will once again bring live events and exhibitions to iconic venues across Sheffield, 2 - 5 October.
Katy Perry - The Lifetimes Tour
One the best-selling music artists of all time, Katy Perry 'The Lifetimes Tour' comes to Sheffield on Friday 10 October 2025 - a spectacular career-spanning live show, including all the hits from across her multi-million selling albums.
No Bounds 2025
No Bounds are set to host another very special weekend of music, art, technology and dancing in Sheffield, when the 8th edition of the festival takes place 10 - 12 October 2025.
Autumn Lights at Don Valley Bowl
Autumn Lights returns to Don Valley Bowl for their fireworks fiesta on Bonfire Night Wednesday 5 November. Alongside Sheffield's biggest fireworks display, there will live music, DJ, fire/ light performers, laser shows, fun fair and street food.
