Important Information For Applicants
Four important things you need to know about applying:
- You must be a graduate at the point you will be employed – this scheme is not suitable for those looking to undertake work experience during their degree courses.
- You must have a legal right to work in the UK, for the full period of the position, in order to apply for these roles.
- You must be available (on the notified dates) for the video interviews, assessment centres, final interviews and business induction. These timings are critical and cannot be repeated.
- The application is the most competitive stage: you will need to do your research in order to stand out from the crowd.
Building on the last point, watch our hints and tips video below for more advice on each stage of the application process. Also, look at our FAQs or contact us on Facebook for further information and advice. You can always ask us questions on Twitter, too.
At every stage of the process we will give you feedback. Even if you are unsuccessful, you will learn where you are going wrong. Due to the number of applicants the feedback on your application form will be generic and based on your scoring band, but you will receive specific feedback from the interview stage onwards.
